Lose 12 Inches on Shark Tank

Ryan Cowboy Ehmann Weight Loss - Season 4 Episode 417 - 3/8/2012

Lose 12 Inches, season 4, episode 417
Ryan Cowboy Ehmann
Inventor of the Lose 12" Workout Program
Ryan "Cowboy" Ehmann is coming to the Shark Tank with a weight loss program that guarantees you can have Cowboy Abs and lose 12" within a months time. Just a few short years ago Ryan was living in the back of a trailer with a lot of debt hanging over him as he traveled the Rodeo Circuit. He would go on to win a Nationally Televised Rodeo and parlay his success into a workout program that was fit for a champion. In fact his workout program has become so successful he has sold over $1 million dollars worth of weight loss product just within the last 2 years.

So who is Ryan Cowboy Ehmann and how would you find his product online? That is not as easy of an answer as one might expect. In fact the more I dig the more Ryan Cowboy Ehmann's kept popping up on several different websites. All seem to be the same cowboy (they are) but why so many different sites representing the same products and not somehow tying them in all together? Some sort of seo ploy maybe? That could be but it still would make sense to tie them together and Build ONE Brand under one name instead of using this rather interesting tactic.

Here is a list of some of the sites representing Ryan Cowboy Ehmann and the Lose 12 Inches Ab's workout.

Ehmann runs the Firm Body Boot Camp in Loveland, Colorado which is a 4 week training program that guarantees you will lose 12 inches and have Cowboy Ab's or you can continue to keep training until you do Absolutely Free. Currently there is a waiting list to get into the program which certainly adds credibility to how popular Ryan's weight loss workouts have become. After your successful completion of the course you can buy the DVDs and continue with the same workout under the Cowboy's guidance. Ryan also offers one-on-one personal instructions that now command $400 per hour. Ya, maybe I'll stick with the DVDs.

Ryann Cowboy Ehmann and the Lose 12" before the Shark Tank

The very best personal trainer's also happen to be very good motivational speakers that can raise you to do things you never imagined possible. It's not necessarily the exercises but the Belief that you can do anything you set your mind to and have a good time while your doing it. Ryan credits his motivational speaking abilities from becoming a student of the Tony Robbins Mastery University. In fact if it wasn't for Tony's motivational skills instilled in Ryan, the Lose 12 Inches program may very easily never made it on the Shark Tank.

As seen on the Shark Tank
He's going to have to bring his A Game into the Shark Tank and convince the Sharks in quick fashion what sets this weight loss program above A Lot of competition. Will they see this as the Real Deal or will Mark Cuban tear into it as just another weight loss gimmick? Gimmick or not, it's hard to argue with a million dollars in (Pre Shark Tank) sales.

Lose 12" After Shark Tank Show Update:

WOW I have to admit that Ryan Cowboy Ehmann has to be one of the most motivated Entrepreneurs that has ever been on the Shark Tank Show. After reading what was written above concerning the many businesses and websites all related to Ehmann, I can now see why. Ryan has the motivation and energy to run all of them and probably many more. His presentation was a little gimmicky in the beginning as was expected when your selling a product that claims you can lose 12" by getting into your heart rate zone. The biggest problem most Sharks had was the actual name and the claims that go along with the "Lose 12 Inches in any 12 Workouts" Branding. His program very well may help you lose 12" and probably many more if you go to one of his live classes in Colorado, but as pointed out on the Show, you need documented proof if you make those kinds of claims.

As it turns out his lack of channeling all that energy into one laser focused main goal is what may of landed him a deal on the Shark Tank. Four of the Sharks are out and really the least likely to even be interested in a weight loss product with a cowboy flair was Daymond John.

When the costume finally came off and the "Woo-Hoo" was silenced from the other Sharks already going out, that's when Ryan really shown his true colors. Those few seconds will forever be stuck in my head and one of the most memorable of all the contestants thus far.

Daymond John obviously seen exactly what I saw and ended up making Ehmann an offer exactly what he was looking for, no questions asked and without even trying to negotiate a better deal. "That's What I'm Talkin About". No doubt Daymond will help get Cowboy Ryan's workout in the hands of many thousands of new customers and bring a clear focus to channel all that energy.

Update #2

Just exactly where did all this massive energy come from? Actually I think I found the video when Ryann was close to the bottom just 2 years ago attending a 4 day Tony Robbins Seminar. It really does give you a glimpse in his life and how far he has come in such a short amount of time. I have actually read most of Tony's books and bought his tapes on an infomercial several years ago but have never had the opportunity to attend one of his seminars. After this success story It really does make me want to attend one of his seminars and put it high up on my priority list to do so.

Great presentation. That cowboy wears you out just watching him. I agree he seems a little scattered with all his ideas but Daymond John will get Ryan to focus all that energy and make them both a lot of money.

I was telling my husband the other night watching this..That when a cowboys career ends , especially due to injury...It's very devastating to them. This is the only life they really know. It's not just a job they go to 8-10 hours a day. These guys live this life of Cows, horses and Rodeos 24 hours a day ...all or most of there life.

While I admire Cowboy's enthusiasm and skills, what did Lori see that turned her off? Was it his dilated eyes?

All smoke and mirrors? I don't think so. My daughter and I just finished 12 workouts with Ryan at his bootcamp in Loveland, CO. We went for the entire month of February 2013. I have NEVER done anything like this in my life and don't regret a single minute. He is SO motivational and inspiring that I have continued my workouts at home and have had continuing success. He has a ton of energy and he's fun! I remember walking into his gym the first time with my daughter asking me "WHAT did you get us in to"..... but we both were sad when the month was over! Good luck Ryan - you're an inspiration!

did you lose 12 inches in that month ?
is it the diet or the workout or both ?

It's definitely a calorie deficit diet. Unless each of those workouts consist of running for 12 hours, no one is going to lose 1 inch per workout.

All trainers put you on calorie deficit diets. 1 inch per workout seems extreme at first. You have to remember this is 1 inch cumulative over the entire body, not just the waist.

  7. Well I signed up after his shark tank presentation - his site is very disjointed and he didn't seem ready for all of the attention. You have a couple of options to choose from, one being the watch/chest band and calculator - I thought it would come with a basic work out plan but it didn't come with anything (he never mentions anywhere how long you have to work out to get the 12 inches to come off in 12 workouts). There were some intro videos on his website but after a certain period of time or number of videos watched the site locks down so you can't do anything. The watch/chest band and calculator program (you can get the heart rate numbers he gives from other sources very easily) cost $69 plus shipping. The other option is to purchase his workout program videos you have to pay another $89. If you don't need his videos then you are better off buying a similar watch/chest band from Walmart for about $50. There is an even better option if you have a smart phone for $89. His ideas are good and they work - I have been working out and walking during lunch for the past year and haven't lost anything, my first week working out watching my heart rate, making sure it stays in the weight loss zone I have taken off 5 1/2 inches. Haven't lost any weight yet but it will likely come off soon. I believe he can make a good business out of this but there is a lot of work that needs to be done to make it an overall success. I appreciate that he his presentation has gotten me up and moving and I wish him the very best in his endeavor.

I grew up in the same small town as Ryan and what you see is what you get. He has crazy energy and enthusiasm. He's honest and hard working and truly cares for other people. I'm excited for him and the doors that are now opening for him.

In looking at the websites, he did get rid of a number of the spread out sites and concentrated them more. Some of us are just seeing it now on Hulu as the episode just barely played there. I have to say this interests me more than any other program I've seen. I'm going to give it a shot and see how it goes, though I may not be able to start for a few months because all my spending money for the next few months is scheduled other places.

People have to realize that losing inches is not the same thing as losing weight. Tightening your skin is not the same thing as losing unnecessary fat and toning muscle. Just remember that when buying into programs that promise lose of inches and not weight. In reality we should be losing both.

I agree with loosing inches doesn't mean weight.... I did p90x and I wouldn't loose weight but all my clothes are loose and muscle weights more than fat so you have to remember at first you are gaining muscle so you don't always loose weight
