Gourmet Grilled Cheese and Tomato Soup Franchise - Episode 424 - 5/17/2013

Season 4 Finale  Trew Quackenbush and Corey Ward have quite a success story to tell. What started out selling the classic grilled cheese sandwiches and tomato soup out of a tent has now sprung up multiple locations in the Cincinnati area. Tom + Chee is famous for their Gourmet Grilled Cheese Sandwiches made from the best cheese available served just the way you like them. This looks like yet another growing niche Food Restaurant that has made its way onto the Shark Tank and looking to drastically increase their sales.

Tom + Chee currently has 5 locations with a loyal following from folks that are getting a little tired of the same ole choice the larger franchises offer. The Signature Gourmet Cheese Sandwiches comes with a huge selection of options along with Homemade Soup made fresh daily.

 By the looks of it, Corey and Trew are making huge headways in bringing the classic grilled cheese and tomato soup back into the mainstream
as more people look for alternatives other than hamburgers and tacos. It's a great alternative that clearly has plenty of room to expand using the franchise formula to grow this business. With the first few franchisees already successful, this will certainly add to their credibility with the Sharks, but as always, it will come down to the numbers and how much equity they are willing to negotiate on the Shark Tank.

It's A Great Idea that I myself would definitely visit if they ever make it out to the West Coast and being featured on the season's finale, I may get my wish sooner than I think!

      so you have no name >>. and you want a francise what are you scared about,/

      it is not a new food item just a slogan hammered into peoples mind they can not do it them selfs, so
      can you cook well then get t he location, rent all running cost elect gasinsurance tel news paper cleaning mat etc +++++++

      then how big go small, 2 -3 people,, self employeed, check state law regarding that, for insurance coverage such as accident and and,,,

      I f not then 3 employees cost + insurance state law, soc sec payments etc.

      then you have a pretty good idea what it will be costing you to open that space,
      ho ho wait you need rent and 2 mth security or somewhat like that
      should have at least 6 mth rent in the bank,,,,
      oh so here in nyc, 20 to 30'000.-per mth. upsla dollars ;;;;;;;
      30 k plus cost 125.-- per person income per day 6 people = x 30 days 22'500.--$
      50 000 $ div by 6 to 9 dollar per guest , you need at least 200 guest per day ,,,
