EZ-VIP Shark Tank on Shark Tank Show
Pre-Pay Bottle Service - Season 3 Update
|A Very Happy Alashe Nelson with new business partners|
Daymond John and Mark Cuban
Alashe Nelson came into the Shark Tank seeking a $150k investment for a 15% stake in the VIP Business. At the time of Nelson's appearance on the Shark Tank, the Business was already successfully launched in the Miami, Florida area. EZ VIP had already grossed $250,000.00 with a $90,000.00 net profit. Nelson prides Himself on the "Guarantee" EZ VIP has which to my knowledge, has never been broken.
When you book a particular table for the evening in some of the Hottest Nightclubs in Town, you are always guaranteed that table, even if two Very Popular Reality Stars such as Mark Cuban and Daymond John happen to show up at the same Night Club and sit next to your reserved table. Can you even imagine that? It would definitely be a dream come true meeting Mark and Daymond in a relaxed atmosphere, kicking back and just having a Great Time.
It might sound like a good time to me, but Barbara Corcoran did not want any part of it. Robert Herjevic that has taken advantage of the VIP treatment a few times in the past likes the concept, but the Club Scene is just not his style. He will, however, invest $75,000.00 if Daymond John known for High-End Night Clubs, invest the other half. Herjevic also wants 45% combined equity for the deal to complete. Alshe counters for 18% combined equity for the EZ VIP Business.
Daymond John likes Herjevics offer at 45% and decides to add an "A-List Artist" to sweeten the deal. This has Mark Cuban finally speaking and decides He wants in on Daymond's deal. Mark, who has already been out partying in some of these exact Night Clubs with John, sees no reason for Robert to be a part of this deal and wants him out.
You really didn't think Kevin O'Leary would have nothing to say about the VIP treatment business, did you? O'Leary is an expert on the VIP Treatment, in fact, its probably a big part of His everyday life. Kevin offers the full $150k for only 25% of the Business which has Robert now wanting to partner with him.
Daymond knowing He has an excellent chance to make E-Z VIP a Huge Success, brings His offer down to 30%. Kevin and Robert drop their offer down to 20% as the Shark Tank starts heating up over this company.
Will Alashe Nelson partner with two Sharks that really understand this business or does He go with the two Sharks that would feel like they are out of the water if they ever attended one of Nelson's events? An extra 10% equity was a steep price to pay, but the alternative was much worse. This was an obvious choice as Nelson accepts Daymond and Marks offer and partners with them in the EZ VIP Business.
EZ VIP Update
The deal with Al Nelson did indeed complete with the contract signed and the money exchanged hands. Mark Cuban and Daymond John are now in the V.I.P. Entertainment Business with a 15% equity stake each. So what do you do when you're in the High-End Night Club Biz and about to be seen by millions on the Shark Tank Show? Why you throw a party of course. Not just any party but one hosted by one of its new owners Daymond John during your Shark Tank viewing party.
During the Shark Tank viewing party Daymond Hosted, He also announced the A-List Celebrity He promised to throw in the deal for a piece of the EZ VIP Business. With a very impressive list of A-List Celebrities to choose from, Daymond John announced Pit Bull as EZ VIPs Official Spokesperson.
The EZ VIP is also now officially in Las Vegas as most people are already expecting the V.I.P. Treatment. Getting into some of these exclusive nightclubs has always been a challenge and the "guaranteed" Bottle Charge to reserve a table has never been offered this way until now.
O.K. I had to look, how much does it cost to buy tickets for let's say Calvin Harris at the Hakkasan Las Vegas Hotel and Casino with a guaranteed reserved table? For a party of 3 couples, the ticket's will run you around $500, and your reserved bottle service table will set you back an additional $1575.00 which does not include taxes, tips, and service charges. I'm not sure what "service charges" imply's, but be prepared for this additional cost added to your bill. At this point, what's a few more Benjamin's for a memorable night? You just bought $1500 worth of liquor you paid for whether you drink it or not, so enjoy it while it lasts. It's time to kick back and have a Great Time while being treated like the VIP that you are.
Clearly, there are some bucks to be made in this rather Niche oriented but very profitable business. If you want to "Really" impress the Ladies and not get turned away at the Door, be sure to pre-pay for your Table that is guaranteed to be a Great Time!
