Thin Gloss Shark Tank Update
|April Morris Appearing on the|
Shark Tank Show in Season 1
If pure inspiration is the secret to success, then April Morris the inventor of Thin Gloss, is one of the most Successful Entrepreneur's ever seen on the Shark Tank. But it would be my luck while searching my Shark Tank Season list's that I would run across two contestants in a row where the product has disappeared and seems to have failed.
The Thin Gloss story appears to have taken a turn unlike any product seen on the Shark Tank Show. It made April Morris a success just like She always envisioned, and then She gave it all up.
April Morris and Thin Gloss was featured on the Shark Tank in Season 1 during the last episode 15. She claimed in so many words that Thin Gloss could help lose weight by applying this lip gloss. The Sharks instantly knew this product would never get FDA approval without several very costly independent studies to verify you actually lose weight with April's product. She never came right out and said the Thin Gloss product would help you lose weight, but the picture's clearly implied otherwise which Kevin Harrington pointed out. The short story is April Morris did not get a deal on the Show.
April didn't make a deal with the Sharks, but She instantly connected with thousands of new Fan's ordering thousands of bottles of the Thin Gloss after the Shark Tank. Folk's not only thought this was a great idea but, more importantly, they loved April's enthusiasm and the inspiration that Morris naturally possesses.
If you want to learn the "correct" way setting your goals using visual effects to ingrain them further in your subconscious, April has a good example on YouTube. She set her goals high including making a million dollars within a year, being featured on the cover of a magazine among other ambitious goals. Thanks to her appearance on this new show called the Shark Tank, Morris was indeed able to accomplish all the goals she set for herself.
But something happened along the way that seems to of made April drastically change her entire direction with a new set of goals now in place. April Morris decided to give up the product that put Her on the map and pursue what she does best, inspire other's to achieve their Goals.
April never mentions if the Thin Gloss Business sold to another company or sold the licensing rights, but shows the ExpressEffects.com website instead. The video above was uploaded last year in August where Morris looks relieved she is giving up this business in pursuit of a new career. The site still must have been resolving a few months later when I first put together Season 1's list because that's the exact website I used for Thin Gloss. It now goes to a GoDaddy holding page with no further information.
It was not the success April Morris was after starting the Thin Gloss Brand, but the Freedom of Success was always Her ultimate goal. April has begun what she calls The Freedom Jumper's Success Course, which is a six-week Home Study Course.
I must say April's Videos are very motivating to watch (over 70 on YouTube), and it's easy to see She's clearly in Her element. From taking the idea for Thin Gloss with over $9 million in sales and being featured on numerous TV appearances including the Shark Tank, Morris has a lot to teach and share with all like-minded individuals.
Does The Freedom Jumper Program Really Work?
Well, if you have an invention or product you want to be seen on TV, then April Morris and the Freedom Jumper coaching classes just might be your ticket. According to April's Blog, She has helped two products get seen on TV within the last month alone. The Smoogy Cookie was on "Super Market SuperStore," and the Magnetie was on "I Want That" which certainly has added to Aprils credibility in Her new career. Even being associated with a contestant from the Shark Tank can and does open doors.
Any bets April Morris (or one of Her Freedom Jumpers) will get another chance to appear on the Shark Tank Show? I'd have to say the odds are Very Good we have not seen the last of April Morris if She ever decides to make that her goal.
