The Most Successful Shark Tank Product

 With hundreds of products now featured on the Shark Tank, what product is the most successful of all time? If you happened to watch "Swimming with the Sharks Special Episode" earlier this month, then you already know the product that has set this bar high, very high. Before this episode aired I thought long and hard about which business has become the most successful. I had my list narrowed down to two very successful products, but still couldn't decide. The first product was Copa-Da-Vino that I see every time I go to Walmart, along with most convenience stores in town. The other product on my list was the Scrub Daddy that continues to set new records every time it's shown on QVC.

Aaron Krause the owner of the Scrub Daddy was also the very first Shark Tank Contestant to leave a comment on this Blog when it was still brand new and something I will always remember. Knowing now how busy Aaron must have been as the orders started pouring in by the tens of thousands, but still took the time to acknowledge this blog, we'll that sure made my day. I should have gone with my first instinct, but seeing the Copa-Da-Vino displays almost on a daily basis ultimately got my vote before the Swimming with the Sharks Special Episode aired. Now if we were talking about the most successful product that actually completed a deal with the Sharks, then hands down I would have gone with the Scrub Daddy. There's some seriously good competition climbing the ranks into the multi-millionaire status as we'll, but as of right now Aaron Krause and his Scrub Daddy invention ranks as the #1 Most Successful Product ever seen on the Shark Tank Show.

Interview with the Most Successful Shark Tank Product

You certainly can learn a lot about doing business with the Sharks from watching the Show, but if you "really" want to know what it's like, there's no better way than listening to interviews after their Shark Tank appearance. Aaron's done quite a few interviews after his Shark Tank appearance, but one of the best one's I've listened too is at the Shark Tank Podcast run by TJ Hale. In this podcast TJ gets Aaron to go into great lengths the challenges of what it took to get the Scrub Daddy to grow into the most successful product any Shark has invested in thus far.

After a real Shark Tank fight broke out with the Sharks wanting to invest in the Scrub Daddy, it was Lori Greiner that came out on top with an investment of $200,000.00 for a 20% equity stake in the company, and a promise to make Krause a millionaire within a year's time. It didn't take Lori a year to fulfill her promise, but within a matter of weeks after Scrub Daddy first aired on Shark Tank, Aaron was already a millionaire. In just a little over a year's time, Scrub Daddy sales went from 100k to over $15 million with Lori fulfilling her promise, and Krause easily having a networth many times more than just a million dollars.

One of the most popular questions asked to contestants having successfully completed a deal with the sharks is the level of commitment they receive in the long run. One of the most interesting thing's in this Shark Tank Podcast is how much time Lori still devotes to the Scrub Daddy's success, even though she has several other products continually entering the market. According to Aaron, Lori is not only a great business partner, She's Very Good Friend's with the entire Family, and they still talk several times a week even to this day.
