Jungle Jumparoo Jumping
Toy in Action!
So what exactly is the Jungle Jumparoo appearing on the Shark Tank in Episode 605? To find this answer, you need to go back over 30 years ago to a Farmer that invented this trampoline-like toy using an old tractor tire and welded-up bars. It's not like a regular trampoline that could send smaller kids flying through the air, but still plenty of bounce effect when jumping with their friends. The Jungle Jumparoo is also similar to bars found on Lot's of playgrounds, but even the best set of bars, can't compare with the tricks possible on this unique bouncy toy.

How High Can You Jump On
The Jungle Jumparoo?
Maybe the best way to describe the Jungle JumpaRoo Pole is from the little experts who have mastered their new jumping skill's while burning off excess energy at the same time.

The video below best describes exactly what this product is and how much fun it is, much better than anyone my age ever could.

The entrepreneurs who re-invented this long forgotten farm toy is Steve and Rachel McMurtrey, who will be bringing the Jungle Jumparoo inside the Shark Tank this Friday night in episode 605. Like many very successful Shark Tank products, the McMurtrey's decided to take their new invention to Kickstarter to help raise the necessary funds for the first major production run.

In Jungle Jumparoo's case, the first production run consisted of 1000 units, which was the minimum required to get to the greatest bulk manufacturing discount. From what I can tell, they already had 900 Jungle Jumparoo's already pre-ordered before the Kickstarter campaign and needed a little extra financial boost to bring this energy burning toy to the market.

Unfortunately, the campaign ended with only half the remaining goal left to achieve, which in reality, was 95% of the over-all total investment needed. Fortunately, they kept at it with pre-orders from the site still coming in, and the goal was eventually achieved last Summer in 2013.

Jungle Jumparoo before Shark Tank Update

As a parent myself, I definitely know the value of any toy that requires Lot's of physical activities. If someone could only figure out how to bottle up all that excess energy, you would have the perfect Shark Tank product worth hundreds of millions just so we could finally keep up with them. But seems how no one has come up with a way to tap all this natural energy yet, most parents would agree, a toy like the Jungle Jumparoo that keeps them happily bouncing around, is a very, very good idea.

The Jungle Jumparoo is also available at Amazon boasting a 4.8 Stars out of Five which is a very impressive number in any one's book. Surprisingly some of the best comments came from Grandparents who purchased this product for the Grand kid's when come over to visit. Go Figure! :-)

Currently, there are two different options available; the Original Jungle Jumparoo retails for 399.99 w/ Free Shipping, or the Jumparoo Mini for under $255.00 with Amazon Prime 2 Day Free Shipping. Considering the larger model has a total weight of 98 pounds shipping weight, this is something to keep in mind with the total retail price delivered to your door.

No doubt the Shark's are going to jump all over the Jungle Jumparoo Toy's one way or another. Now if only Mark Cuban is the Shark that helps demonstrate the product, (highly unlikely, but an investor ???) the Jumparoo Jumping Toy's could easily go mainstream in several major outlets before this Christmas.

Kevin O'Leary is the obvious Shark of choice considering his contacts already established with all the major toy manufacturers, but will want a deal for an exclusive licensing agreement IMO. As always, it will come down to the numbers and how many Jungle Jumparoo's have sold after the initial 1000 initial units pre-Shark Tank Season 6 appearance.
