Bed Ryder on Shark Tank
Pickup Truck Bed Seats - Episode 618 - 3/6/2015
|Bed Ryder Truck Seats in Action!|
At first glance, the Bed Ryder looks more like professional racing bucket seats with heavy duty harness straps for additional protection compared to traditional seat belts. The installation process should probably be done by a professional mechanic. But once installed, you can easily put-in and take the Bed Ryder out of the pickup in less than a minute.
The invention was first conceived as a safe and legal way for Conway's kids to ride in the back of his pickup truck. Not only does the BedRyder meet and exceed the standards for keeping his children safe, but also the bucket seats proved a safe way for his dogs to ride in the back of his pickup truck. There's not a lot of videos reviewing the Bed Ryder, but this video below showing how comfortable even dogs can safely ride in the back of a pickup truck is the best review thus far.
Bed Ryder Reviews before Shark Tank UpdateUnlike a lot of new Shark Tank products, the Bed Ryder has been around since at least 2008. All of the big 4 Wheel sites including Real Truck, J.C. Whitney, Four Wheeler and Truck Trends already sell the Bed Ryder, and also available to buy a BedRyder directly from the primary site.
The current cost for a Bed Ryder is $749.00 with free shipping within the Continental US. Installing the twin bucket seats to meet the safety requirements is encouraged to be installed by a professional that will add to the total cost. There is a video demonstrating the installation process to do-it-yourself, but if improperly installed, voids the warranty.
Watch George Conway and the Bed Ryder Pickup seats this Friday night on the Shark Tank's Special "Made In America" Episode 618.
