Shark Tank in Episode 628
Proud to be from North Carolina, Shell got the idea to make a t-shirt representing his home State. It didn't take long for other people to notice and turned into a great ice-breaker for meeting new people as if they were long lost friends. Not only was it a great way to meet other North Carolinian's, they also bought a T-shirt of their own.
Now depending on what Home State you're from, the design on the t-shirt is self-explanatory and easily recognized. If you're from Colorado like I am, then you know it's the squarest State in the Nation, and I'm not so sure someone would "get it" as easily as some States.
Fortunately, most State outline's are easily recognizable and an excellent way to start a conversation with anyone from there. Home T also sells a United States T-Shirt, which I like the most.
The three things Home -T would like all Shark Tank viewers to know is the shirts are the highest quality and extremely soft. They also donate a portion of profits to Multiple Sclerosis Research and, of course; all products are "Made In The USA".
Home T before the Shark Tank ShowIf there's one thing the Shark Tank Investors like hearing the most, it's impressive sales numbers to back up the entire concept. With Home T-Shirts already selling over a million dollars worth of product, it's a safe bet the Sharks will take this Brand seriously considering how competitive and oversaturated this market has become. The entire line of all States is available from the Home T website or on Etsy where almost 10,000 t-shirts alone have already been sold. If you're familiar with Etsy, then you know this is a very impressive sales number very few products have ever achieved.
Watch Home T-Shirts on the Shark Tank Show tonight in a Brand New Episode 628 on ABC. This will be a very interesting set of negotiations concerning a popular product in the very crowded t-shirt industry.
