Acton Rocket Skates on Shark Tank
We've seen some very cool new transportation inventions on the Shark Tank Show, but Rocket Skates? That's right Folks; the Rocket Skates are going to Blast into the Shark Tank in Season 7 premiere Episode 701 next Friday night. The Rocket Skates took the conventional roller skate idea and gave them a massive 21st Century upgrade with Smart Electrical Powered Rockets.

Shark Tank Season 7 Premiere Episode 701
How "Smart" are these Rocket Skates? Well, you might be very surprised just how Smart the Electric Powered Rocket Skates are after watching the video below. The skates self-adjust depending on your weight, height, age, skating abilities, etc. to give you the smoothest ride. My age? What does that have to do with strapping on a pair of Rocket Skates being controlled by a Smart Phone App?
O.K., never mind.
Rocket Skate's Wearable Transportation before Shark Tank Episode 701So far, the Acton Rocket Skates have released three different versions of this very cool new invention. The R-6 model was the first Rocket Skates for sale with a range of approx. 6 miles. Acton has since then discontinued selling the R-6 (at least not for sale at this time) and upgraded two new models known as the R-8 and R-10. The R-8 Rocket Skates sell for $599.00 with a range up to 8 miles, and the R-10 Skates retails for $699.00 with a 10-mile range.
But wait, there's more. The Rocket Skates also comes with a built-in Money Making Business Opportunity. Just because it's a new Shark Tank Product, not everyone's going to spend that kind of money for a pair of Smart Electrical Powered RocketSkates before trying them first. For every pair of Rocket Skates sold during Shark Tank Episode 701, there will be at least 1000 other Shark Tank Fans that would love to experience riding a pair of Rocket Skates. So Treadway came up with a unique opportunity built into the Rocket Skates App where you can rent your electric skates out. If you choose to rent out your Rocket Skates anyone can locate in the Free App, you're paid upfront by the hour or day depending on the prices you set. Let's say you charge $15 to $20 per hour to rent out a pair of Rocket Skates or $80 for the full day. In a little over a week, your Rocket Skates would be paid-in-full and now pure profit every time they're rented out. What if your Hometown Market could support renting out as few as ten pairs per day tied to an existing tourist type rental business? That's an extra $800 profit per day (after the first week) dealing with as few as ten customers. Of course, the only drawback would be they'd only rent a pair once before buying their own set of Rocket Skates.
For the Shark Tank Fans who like the Smart Technology built into the Electric Powered Rocket Skate's but not into skating, Acton also manufactures a 3 Wheel Electric Scooter marketing to an entirely different market. The M Scooter is a fold-able 3 Wheel Electric Scooter you can ride standing up or sitting down. The lightweight electric scooter will go 12 mph and up to 28 miles on a full charge carrying 350 pounds. If you're looking for a safer looking form of electric transportation than a pair of Rocket Skates, then the M Scooter certainly looks like a solid product.
Be sure to watch Peter Treadway and the Rocket Skates make a deal with Guest Shark Ashton Kutcher (That's my prediction) next Friday night on the next Brand New Shark Tank Season 7 premiere Episode 701, 9/25/2015.
