Digital Doorman using Smart Lockers

Shark Tank in Episode 708
What can the Clean Cube Digital Doorman do for your Apartment Building? It might be easier asking what can't The Clean Cube do compared to a personal concierge juggling multiple requests at a time. At first glance, the Clean Cube appearing on the next Shark Tank Episode 708 looks similar to a set of nicely decorated lockers, but these lockers are smart, very smart. Just like a Doorman or Concierge taking care of requests from the tenants, the Clean Cube takes care of all your dry cleaning, picking up and delivering groceries, accepts all packages, and can even drop off donations to the Goodwill Store. In fact, the digital doorman can take care of anything a human doorman can, as long as it fits inside one of the different sized smart lockers.

The two entrepreneurs who'll be demonstrating The Clean Cube on the next Shark Tank in Episode 708 is Ryan Agran, and Arthur Shmulevsky from New York, NY. So far, the Clean Cube Digital Doorman is currently available in over 40 residential lobbies all within the New York City area. What makes these smart lockers capable of handling several tasks for its resident's is, you guessed it, all from an App handled in real time.

Perhaps the best part having a Digital Doorman working in your lobby 24 hours a day is how much it cost's the tenants to install these very smart lockers.
Would you believe it doesn't cost anything? Heck, you can even download the Clean Cube App for Free and never pay for anything until you're ready to use your Personal Digital Doorman. Now the Shark Tank Investors in Episode 708 might not like this part of the business model, (someone has to pay to install all the smart lockers) but what they will like is the margins on the back-end when the tenants do use the Clean Cube for a variety of different tasks. The pricing to use this pickup and delivery service varies depending on your needs, but if they want to wash and fold all my laundry for only $1.15 per pound, that sure sounds like a good deal to me.

Clean Cube Reviews before Shark Tank Episode 708

The Clean Cube's been in business for a little over three years with forty locations all within the New York City area. If you break it down, that's barely one new apartment building or business office signing up for the Clean Cube per month. For such a clever way to offer a full-service pickup and delivery service, I wonder why every large apartment building in New York City isn't installing the Clean Cube Smart Lockers? Could the slow growth into new buildings be associated with who's paying for the upfront costs as mentioned above? All the Sharks in the Shark Tank will most likely pay particular attention to who pays the initial bill for installing the smart lockers. Depending on that answer, it will significantly determine how scale-able the Clean Cube pick-up and delivery service is on a National Shark Tank-Sized Level.

Watch The Clean Cube on the next Shark Tank Show in Episode 708 this Friday night, 11/6/2015, and see if the Digital Doorman is coming to an apartment building near you soon.
