The Drip Drop Ice Cream Cone attachment is coming to the Shark Tank that solves a very real problem when eating ice cream. While everyone loves eating ice cream inside a waffle cone, it also makes a dripping mess in a short amount of time.  Ever since the waffle cone's invention, people have accepted the fact you're going to make a dripping mess as it drips down on the cone holder made out of paper. Surprisingly, after 100 years that was the best solution anyone could come up with for this messy problem. Well, thanks to two 10-year-old kids that love eating ice cream but dislikes the dripping mess, they've invented the ultimate solution that's becoming an Official Shark Tank product next Friday night.

The inventors of the Drip Drop Ice Cream Cone Attachment is Oliver Greenwald, and Sam Nassif from Denver, Colorado, who'll both be appearing on the next brand new Shark Tank in Episode 723. Oliver and Sam first invented the Drip Drop five years ago in 2011 at The Gate's Invention Program they attended when only ten years old. One year later, the young entrepreneurs took the Drip Drop back to the Gate's Invention Program with their refined prototype and won 2nd place in the competition that included the money needed to hire a patent attorney. In 2015, Sam and Oliver was granted a U.S. Design Patent guaranteeing them exclusive rights for the edible ice cream cone attachment.

The Drip Drop inventors are now 15 years old when they'll be appearing on the Shark Tank all by themselves. According to their website, this make's Oliver and Sam the youngest entrepreneurs to appear on the Shark Tank without an accompanying adult to help deal with the Sharks. While that's certainly impressive dealing with the Sharks without adult supervision for this multi-million dollar invention, I can think of at least another group of young entrepreneurs that might hold this record. To my knowledge, the six young entrepreneurs who invented the Smart Wheel seen on the Shark Tank in Season 4 might still hold this record for the youngest entrepreneurs to appear on the Show. Either way, it's still very impressive for two 15-year-old 9th graders dealing with the Sharks on National TV. Obviously, knowing what the Drip Drop patented ice cream cone attachment will be worth after becoming an Official Shark Tank product, both young men clearly have supportive parents letting them make these life-changing negotiations all by themselves.

Drip Drop Reviews before Shark Tank Episode 723

Surprisingly, after five years taking an idea and getting it patented and then featured on the Shark Tank, the Drip Drop is currently not for sale. Greenwald and Nassif (and perhaps a Shark Investor or two?) have chosen to license the design of the Drip Drop Ice-Cream Cone Attachment instead. Clearly, this is not the type of product you'll soon see on the grocery store shelves or available for online retail. But the seeing the Drip Drop at the local ice cream shop where they're buying thousands at a time, well that's where the real money's at that WILL make these young entrepreneurs millionaires before they're old enough to vote. If given a choice between using an edible Drip Drop or a bunch of napkins to confine the mess, which one would you choose? Will this be one of Shark Tank's best products that's ever been on the Show having mass appeal for the billions of people that love ice cream cone's?

Watch the Drip Drop Ice Cream Cone on the next Brand New Shark Tank Show next Friday night, April 22, 2016, and see how much the Sharks are willing to invest in this product that'll revolutionize the way we eat ice cream cones.
