The West Texas Investor's Club officially launched Season 2 with ten brand new episode's and twenty new entrepreneurs seeking an investment on CNBC's Business Reality Show. The West Texas Investor's Club consists of two multi-millionaire investors, Rooster McConaughy and Butch Gilliam that both made their fortune's working the oil fields in the heart of Texas. Unlike the Shark Tank where the investors don't know anything about the entrepreneurs before walking into the Tank and have on average an hour to make a deal, the West Texas Investors Club takes an entirely different approach.

It doesn't matter what kind of product you're pitching or how successful your business may become, what's most important to Rooster McConaughy and Butch Gilliam before they invest in any business is getting to know the "Real You" first. To achieve this goal, the investor's fly all the entrepreneur's into West Texas on their private jet. Upon arriving at the airport, the contestants are probably expecting a limousine waiting with a spiffed-up driver holding open the door. Instead, they're greeted by Gil Pratner driving his work truck.

Pratner plays a pivotal role in the businesses McConaughy and Gilliam invest in by getting to know you on a personal level during several days of the interviewing process. Without his recommendation, it's impossible getting a deal with the West Texas Investor's Club.
